@XPOTRPR would be where I would start. He offered his assistance a page back

I'm sure I could find someone to produce a bunch but he has more connections than I

I might be able to get one done, but pumping out a few will be difficult due to my regular workload. Even then, I cant make any promises as we have gone through some major changes here, and we are short 2 guys on a 4 man team... so my workload has picked up and will stay that way for a bit. I can take a look and see, but if not, I do have other connections as well.

If this gets rolling with @XPOTRPR or someone else, what would be an expected price for just the adapter itself? And what's the planned bore size of the master, 1" or 1-1/8"? Would we run a proportioning valve too? Masters by themselves look to be running $260 on Wilwood, and Master + valve at $365+. If you provided the adapter with either master itself or master and valve, would you GB with a dealer for the masters and sell on a GB price? Also, being you've based the 1:7 vs 1:1 ratio on a Wilwood master with stock 05-12 calipers and rotors, what if I want to run 13WH calipers and 13.3in rotors swapped in instead of the 13WG calipers and stock rotors? Would that work? Being its a bigger caliper, would pressure be less? Seems to me like a setup like that would be somewhat cheaper than going all out with StopTech BBK, very very interested.

lol funny you post here. so i sent everything to another machinist fedex lost all my parts. so i had to buy everything again and set him everything today so hopefully in a few weeks we will have a product.

The other guy that was helping design and make the part was a snowflake. The new guy is on point and does this kinda stuff full time so shouldnt be a issue.

As soon as i have a product and i know it works i will post pricing etc.

Wow, fedex sucks and that other guy sucks.
I'm sooooo ready! I've seriously been debating on trading for something else because squishy pedal is driving me crazy. It literally fades after 3 miles, and sometimes it depends on the day, some days it feels great, some days I have to get on the brakes farther back from the light because I don't want press too hard and have them fade quicker. I'll be here. Did you ever read my previous post about gb'ing a full system, plate and master with a dealer?

I did not. I was only gonna offer this as a kit. If it's a manual I will have to add a bung to make it work.

Awesome, do you know if we would use just aluminum tandems or would the Tacoma benefit from the tandem + proportioning valve kit. From what I've read, the rear drum valves change pressure dependent on rake of the vehicle, right? So there's already proportioning built into the stock system, we're just increasing the compression ratio to combat fade and increase pressure and bite earlier? :notsure:

Proportioning valves are up to the user. It will have more volume with a shorter throw and a much better master
