If you do drive in Boston, you are gonna need a Tacoma (or Raptor?) to survive the shitty potholes there...

My thoughts EXACTLY. Its gonna suck hauling all your groceries on the bus full of strangers (& alll that goes with them!) & going to the Dr. when you are sick... God forbid you break a bone!
Have you really thought this out?

Assuming it's paid off or he has equity. Uber sounds like an awesome experience to deal with on a regular basis.

What's wrong with Uber? I mean, you are just getting in cars driven by strangers you hailed over the internet.

How could you not need a vehicle ?
You going to be one of those people that takes the grocery cart with you when you go to the store?

There is an apartment complex here that's notorious for shady people. The alley behind it is always riddled with grocery carts from the nearest grocery store. Sometimes there will be DOZENS along with old couches, mattresses, syringes, crack pipes etc lol it's a great place to raise kids. :bananadead:

Lol, in my city... So many homeless people have stolen shopping carts that you just instantly know... If someone has a shopping cart here even 5 feet away from the grocery store, 100% chance they are a homeless drug addict. Anyone that approaches you will ask you for money, and 100% of the time I don't give em a single penny, because they just spend it on booze, cigs, and drugs.
It's actually gotten so bad there is a statewide police operation going on.. Just google '' operation Rio Grande '' . If you know what a felony police stop is, like guns drawn order people out of cars type of stop.. There are tons of those going on every night in the area. It is so bad I can't even begin to explain.. The fact that people are protesting operation rio grande boggles my mind, there are people overdosing on heroine every day in the streets, crime is out of control, about 1 stabbing a week, but people are protesting it because they think it discrimiates against homeless people or something retarded.

    Anyway, i went off topic.

OP, don't sell your truck bro. I went about a 8 months without a vehicle once in my life, and that was the worst point of my entire life. Riding the bus is horrible. Not having a vehicle is horrible. City living is also pretty shitty.

I agree with dude that said get a cheaper place outside of the city, expensive apartments aren't worth it.

I've parked tacos in various big cities for years. Never had an issue. Occasionally I even park in a '' compact car only'' parking spot.. Because the Taco is a little truck :D
