Your Sternum is actually pretty decent size. Made up of three parts. The Manubrium or the top of the plate, which is where each collar bone connects as well as the first and half of the second rib. The lower part of the second rib connects to the largest section of the Sternum, which is commonly called the body. Ribs 2-7 connect here. Then there is that tiny little sucker... the zyphoid process. It's a bitch if you break it.

Sooo...that little notch below your Adam's apple... that we feel for to do a crycothotomy... is the top of your sternum.

 

Sternum goes all the way up to the jugular notch. I'm pretty sure her ink is well within that.

 

Fisch is pretty damn awesome. She'll be cleaning up the outer edges later.

 

Don't get technical. My whole sternum is covered. From the bottom all the way to the jugular notch.
Not the same when you say your nipple is pierced when you have a dermal piercing right at the edge of the aroelae

It's different for everyone. One of my friend feels the same. Then there's joe... another friend was so hyper sensitive he had his taken out before they even healed.
