Nice bumpers, I just never liked how bulky they are on the sides.

I am returning home to a category 3 hurricane. I am scheduled to leave St Marteen tomorrow and land in Atlanta. Then jump from Atlanta to Austin. I am scheduled to arrive at 11:15 pm. As of now it looks like Austin "should" be ok other than rain. I am keeping my fingers crossed I dont get stuck in Atlanta. Plan is to land in Austin, sleep there, then find a way to travel 5 hours south to McAllen.

@EatSleepTacos so I was just looking at the picture of Stewie on the main page, did you have the windows tinted? I'm thinking of doing mine next summer but have nooooooo idea how much tint I want. I do like to see out of the windows at night lol my last truck was a jimmy with tinted windows from the PO and at night when it was raining, I could not see a damn thing! the headlights were also as useless as the truck lol my high beams on that thing weren't even as bright as my DTRL on the taco

It sure does. Keeping hopes up that there wont be delays & the rain does not keep me from traveling.

I think 35% will match the rear. I have 5%, rolling the windows down if no street lights are in the area.

Solid advise for anyone. I remember cashing in on an early 401k a few decades ago. I regret it. But have been stashing 18% of my paycheck for a good number of years now.

Edit: damn, that sounded like I'm really old...I meant 2 decades ago.

They sure were! I got 35% front and 20% on the rear on top of the factory smoked windows. The rear were nice and dark, but wasn't as bad as I thought. If you wanted it lighter, you could put 50% tint on the rear, which would make it around 15%-20% or so, which is perfect. I recommend 35 front and 20 rear to everyone, and the 4-5 people who have followed my advice have been absolutely thrilled with the results.

This is what I am going home to. Category 3 Hurricane Harvey. Expected to make land fall this evening just north of Corpus Christi. :annoyed:
