Amazing to (for lack of better words) see this entire process from the comfort of my recliner. Thank you for sharing your dream and showing me the final reality of it.

You have to know that forums/people can be be very unforgiving a lot of times. You know the saying..."Opinions are like....." well, you know. I'm glad you hung in though because yes, (as someone stereotyped me) I'm that guy that buys the heavy, Chinese-made, fake bead lock wheels, but, that doesn't mean I can't/don't appreciate this. So thanks again for sharing. A lot of people never get the chance to do things that ultimately have an outcome that changes someone else's life. I work for a engineering firm and I get to experience that gratification. You're doing the same thing with wheels. If you're the one person that likes the outcome, then you win. If just one other person likes and buys them, then in that way you changed someone's life. Not many people can claim that fame.

Sorry about the rant, just not a fan of negativity.

They look great. Still planning on a trim ring, or did that get scrapped in the final design?

Thanks man, I've been around forums for a long time and know well enough which people to engage with and which blowhards to ignore.

I'm not sure. Originally yes but I've had so many variants with rings that I'm kinda digging them without.

The wheels came out good. They aren't my style, but being a machinist, I appreciate the work that went into those. I wish my CNC mill was big enough for a wheel

Gotta admit, I wasn't sold on the design ... but that powder coat really turned these into something special. They look great on the truck.

    Also another CNC guy here.

Looks great, actually better than I thought it would! So glad there is no fake bead locker trim thingy.

What tire size did you end up going with?
