    Yeah, I agree. My biggest dietary change is cheese. I used to have two big blocks of cheese in the fridge all the time. Never realized how much I was eating it until I cut it out.

    The dairy and sugars were the biggest wake up call for me during it. Having no sugar for 30 days was crazy. Now I'm still looking to see how much is in things and will buy low-sugar versions of everything.

    Irrelevant.

    SOME of today's faster country music reminds of a little bit of early Southern Rock, but with annoying fake twangy singing.
    The rest just sucks; too pop-y.

    Some of the older stuff isn't horrible either; I actually like some of Johnny Cash's music. But by and large I really, REALLY don't care for country music.
