wow. its ALWAYS the simple things you never think of. i was doubting the way i was grounding, didnt know if power was hooked up right. turns out the fuse they put with the light blew. idiots. whatever. back to autozone to buy some fuses

Will two L-Brackets allow me to mount bed lights or do I need to get the bar as well? How much for 2 L-Brackets painted black, shipped to 20120?

Two L brackets can do the trick I guess. Each bracket is $15-BLUE/$30 for 2 - BLUE/$35 for 2 in Black. Shipping is included for that price. You can't beat the price and quality.

 

For whats it worth, I'm taking 2-36"Black and 2-36"Blue light bars along with my last 54"blue light bar to the SCMD on Sat. So if you're in SCAL and want one, come on over to the meet and pick one up.
