    Serious question: is 250 lbs. "big" for someone 6'4"? I'm 5'11" and weigh 200 and I feel like I'm above average for muscle size. Someone at 250 lbs at my weight would be Olympia-worthy. For perspective, Lee Haney, who has won Olympia 8 times, is 5'11"; his competition weight was 244 lbs. However, Ronnie Coleman, who is also 5'11" and has also won Olympia 8 times, competed at 300 lbs.

    Just trying to get some perspective.

    In my case 250lb is I guess a little above average for my structure . 275lb is where I start feeling that I stand out. 299 I was a monster. Never got to 300lb
    Training partner is 5'9"
    " 288lb a true freak ! Genetics play a huge roll . He's gifted ! I'm a hard gainer !

    5'9" 288? I think something other than genetics are playing a huge role in that :spy:

    And here I am at 6'5 and 170.

    Fell of the train for the last month and a half. Starting back up again on Monday at 6am. Trying to get in to the Air Force OTS so I should probably get back on it

    I weigh 170 and I'll be conservative and say I can pull 405, even though my max is 430. 405 is 2.38x my body weight. I'm pretty sure that's right on par with you. You don't have more functional strength, you're just bigger :notsure:.

    280 lbs at 5'9"...either he's got a powerlifter's body, he's shredded, or he's fat. All I am implying is that I am 99.9% certain you cannot be 5'9" and 280 lbs and shredded naturally. For perspective, Jay Cutler is 5'10" and weighs 290 in the off-season and we know he's not natural. Of course, I don't care either way. You can read back on my thoughts on juice. As long as people are smart about it, more power to them.

    And as far as being natural and jealous I'll never be there, I dunno about all that. 1. I don't know what y'all look like, so there's nothing to be jealous of. 2. I'm happy with my size and strength (although I wish my quads were bigger :pout: ) I'm just trying to converse here.
