I'd be down for the 10th, if y'all don't mind a 1st Gen coming along! I've wanted to run those trails for a while now, but I'm not doing it without someone with some experience.

I have a platform for the 40% side it bolted in where the seat bottom did. My new fridge is too large for it.

Was so confused on how I got tagged in this thread... I had thought about that, but if you put a fridge there, you won't have a lot of room to put pouches there, so would be pointless.

Yeah, this weekend is a no-go for me too. Turns out I found one of my front Fox shocks ripped the shaft out of the lower eye mount (betting this was the knocking I was hearing versus radius arm bushings). So, I'll need to fix that (actually both sides, as the other front one is working on ripping out). Turns out I'm getting more flex out of the front suspension than I anticipated when I built the lower mounts. That part I fixed tonight with a cutting wheel, grinder, and welder. :welder: Now I need to deal with the shocks. Me thinks my first stop is a PM to Tim.

how built up are you? hard to tell by the avatar... up to the creek is doable depending on your rig...the creek can vary, but I hear it's a lot easier this year than past.. 1st gens fare easier than 2nd gens due to width on some obstacles... much past the city is reserved for crawlers...

    don't go alone.

I need to trace down some more issues on the truck before I feel good enough to give it another attempt...still haven't gone past the creek

Enough to make it a lot of fun!
I made it past the creek last year. You definitely want a second very well built truck with you.

Who's heading to rock therapy this year? Anyone interested in hitting the rim rocker trail on the way out there?
