My house is always open for wrenching. Got a pretty well stocked tool box, but basically 1 truck in the garage and none in the driveway, but the street out front is always open since nobody really parks on the street in my neighborhood.

BUT I am down south in Red Oak.

I cant commit to any dates for anything until I start my new job on the 12th and figure out my schedule for the next 2 months after that.

Figured I would add a pic. I think that should do for 4 trucks with enough spacing.

The parking lot sucks and if its busy at any place around them parking might be hard to group together. I've been a few times and the selection is good but I dont think its a great place for a meet up.

The one in Fort Worth has a parking garage right by there that could house 100 tacos

I agree. Parking and general congestion in the area is lame.

Not sure if you knew but you are supposed to have a Texas OHV sticker when going to BMRA. They cost $16 and run Sept to Aug every year. So you should get a 2018 sticker before next weekend. They do sell them at the BMRA front office, but no guarantees they won't sell out before you get there. I just picked mine up from 4 Wheel Parts but you can also get them at other off-road shops and some motorcycle shops.

But worse than eating encased meats in a gravel parking lot drinking beers from a brewery.
