I am flying in froM Atlanta and should arrive around 11pm but have a 5 hour drive home to McAllen

 

When is the wind supposed to pick up around here?

I started battening down the hatches.

Didn't get a chance to finish. Have an electrician out replacing the jaws on the meter outside and doing a couple other things out there

Been losing power all evening and dealing with that

 

As soon as the storm arrives.

 

I still need finish securing the yard, I put cement blocks on my septic tank lids so they don't float away. 6" seems to be the magic # for potential water entering the house.
No power outages here, just internet interruptions.
Hope your power stays on.
