So, I'm going to order floor liners.
Do I go with weathertechs or husky?
Also, which husky do people prefer, the weatherbeaters or X-act contour?
    Thanks,
    Rick

Yeah, that's kinda what I figured.
I have weathertechs in my Camry and they are ok. I thought I might give the husky brand a try but I don't know about the different styles.

I really like my Weathertechs. Huge upgrade from the bullshit Toyota put in the truck.

But I know a ton of people on TW say the Husky are better at holding water and mud from shoes/boots.

Do you know if they prefer the weatherbeaters our x-act contour?

I have weathertechs. Overall they're pretty nice. I've never seen the huskies so I can't make a comparison. I've heard people say they like them. I did have my weathertechs replaced under warranty because the bottoms started to become sticky.

I love my weathertechs. Totally worth the money. They cheap ass carpet in the Tacoma is going to go to hell without them. Especially if one has kids.

Well, looks like the weathertechs are the most popular. I was thinking I'd get votes for both...

No idea. Just hear people say Husky is better.

Love my Weathertechs though. Have had them in three vehicles.

I will say this. I find it hard to get my weathertechs perfectly clean. I scrub them with a bristle brush and can never get all the dirt off them. Not sure why, they almost seem stained.

I use to have TRD rubber floor mats. They were really nice, but they didn't have high sides to keep water and dirt on the mat. They were almost flush on the sides. When I cleaned them though, they looked like new.

I have weathertech. Got a complete brand new set off Facebook Market Place for $75. I could be wrong about this but, I think the Husky is a little more rugged. So if your off roading that maybe the way to go. Mine is a daily driver and I love the weathertech. Was the 1st upgrade I made.

Purchased these because there's no trimming involved for the clutch. Unlike weathertechs. Never had any issues with them, fit like advertised, hold water/mud/snow/ice. I would recommend. Only purchased fronts because I own and Access Cab and built a platform for the rear.

Truck cap , husky liners, deflector shield, ARE truck cap.
Hisky Liners have had them in 99 Ford super duty, 2005 Tundra, 2008 Tundra, 2016 4runner and 2017 Tacoma with no problems.

I bought the Husky's. I am in the dirt A LOT, they protect well and I have zero complaints - Not sure about the Weather-tech's but the Husky's have small spikes on the bottom preventing the mats from moving around. Furthermore, I have a '13 and when I purchased the Weather-techs back in '13 the post holes didn't line up, I imagine they have fixed that issue? I do have Weather-techs liner in my back seat area...thats good too.

The weatherbeaters are basically a hard plastic liner and the x-act contours are a rubber liner. I have the x-acts in my 2015 and think they're the best option. We have the weather tech liners in most of the company vehicles at work and over time the edges always seem to curl up and they slide slide around a lot if not anchored. Overall I prefer the softer rubber and quality feel of the huskys.

X-Acts for me too, for the reason StevoNB notes above. The heavier rubber seemed better. What I don't care for is the hold downs. They don't move around without them and I'd rather not have the holes (...I've got the hold down dealie screwed in plugging the hole, but not into the carpet). Looks like something Husky's Legal department suggested.

I just bought the all weather mats at the dealership...$149...for my '17 TRD Pro. They are fantastic. I considered Husky/Weathertech, of course. The Weathertech don't fit perfectly, leave gaps, and slide around too easily. Husky were better. Then the guy at the dealership (?!?!) said to try the all weather mats from Toyota. I did. They are made from the same soft plastic that Husky are made out of and fit perfectly. They're also about $20 cheaper than Weathertech/Husky. I couldn't believe it. But the official Toyota ones are the best.
