Mayweather has spent a career getting hit by people that know how to punch way harder than McGregor, and McGregor has spent a career not getting punched by people that know how to punch as hard as Mayweather. There may not be a KO cause they're both tough guys, but it will be a blowout on points because there's no way McGregor can hang in a ring on technique.

I'm suspicious of McGregor getting the "1 in a million" lucky knockout punch in to Floyd's chin. Floyd losing would make for another highest in history PPV event. Boxing as a whole, and Dana White as an individual have proven to be corrupt. The only outcome I will believe is for Mayweather to win.

It's a boxing match, and there's only one professional boxer that will be in the ring. Mayweather for the win unless the fix is on.

Mayweather knows how to box. Mayweather knows how not to get hit.

It is all DEFENSE and points. Mayweather is the best defender seen in the ring, ever.

We are going to see a situation where Floyd could knock McGregor out if he feels like it. Connor will gas out pretty quickly chasing his opponent and getting pot shotted to death. At that point, Mayweather will have the option to coast to one of the easiest victories of his career or take a small risk and go for the kill. The thing is, Floyd built his empire by not taking unnecessary risks. He spent the past decade + taking the lowest risk highest reward fights possible. It will be interesting to see if he takes him out or skates to an easy payday.

McGregor won this fight the moment the contract was signed, getting paid $100 million to be in a boxing match when the best he could ever dream of before this was making $2 million in the UFC.

I do not think Mayweather is gonna knock out MacGregor unless MacGregor makes an insane mistake.

MacGregor can take a beating and still stay focused. Mayweather is not that kind of fighter.

Mayweather wins by points, plain and simple. and not getting hit. He'll get hit if
he tries for a knockout. everyone has a plan, until they get hit. Mayweather is
not gonna get hit in the first place.

anyhow, I am dying to see what happens, badly. this is exciting stuff and a helpful distraction from
the sewer of politics going on lately

You believe the trash talk? I mean, it's been a good show and Connor is probably the only athlete on the planet with a better hype game than Floyd but don't fool yourself into thinking they are doing anything other than selling tickets.

    Here is my worthless view:

They're both going to be filthy rich(er) after the fight.

There will be mucho smack talk afterwards which eventually leads up to a rematch to make even more filthy richness.

Floyd has never lost. This fight will not change that.

The rich people have too much to lose if Connor wins. The odds and bets that were placed on Connor would bankrupt a lot of people. Not going to happen. It can't and Connor will still be filthy rich so what does it really matter? I'd gladly let(not that I'd have a choice)Floyd work circles around me for much less than he's receiving.

I don't necessarily care for either one of them or the hype of this fight, but I feel like there is no way Connor can win.

McGregor is not allowed to use any mma moves what so ever , if he does he will be
Fined and sued . I read that it's actually in the contract

I cannot believe you guys started a thread about this lol the past couple of months it's been Mc this, May that. Every billboard I've driven past has been about the fight. The strip is a nightmare tonight, Metro is slammed, it's gonna be a mess either way, no matter who wins. And it's not going to make my drive any easier tomorrow morning for work being everyone will be leaving town. I was hoping we would keep the fight out of TW but I guess not lol
