The AAL is already available. Marie at headstrong hooked me up with it.

Thanks! This is good info. I'll probably order the AAL to make it heavy duty as well...but figured no harm and seeing how the light duty does. I have the leer on order so will have a couple of weeks without any additional weight to see how I like it and compare once I put the shell on. Debating adding Sumo springs vs the AAL as I am curious if that would help support the extra weight of the shell but keep the softer ride quality of the light duties (if thats even discernible between the light/heavy duty leafs). Cheaper to do the AAL though and I'm not sure the Sumos will even touch the bed.

Did you get the pads from ARB? If so, how long did it take?

Yes I called ARB and they sent them out 2nd day air at no cost. I dont know if that is normal for them or not or if it was just because I was doing the install that weekend. I didnt really ask questions. He offered and I took it!

Love this new leaf pack on my 17 OR. It rides so much better than the Icon AAL. Wish I had gone with the Dakars the first time. Only issues are installed OME drive carrier spacer kit and still have vibs 20-25. Also e-brake line is hanging on leaf pack. Will rig something to fix this.

Just bend the bracket for the e-brake line so it points away from the spring pack... I've bent mine in all sorts of directions to get it just right with no binding.

Looks like you did the EL095R pack. What's your hub to fender measurement after it settle a little bit?

so anyone use these with a shackle flip yet?

I started with the older dakars and have allpro expo's now, but probably going to come back to dakars...expo's look flat after a year and maybe 2 trips offroad.

I bent the brackets this morning on both sides and that did the trick. Thanks!

Anyone install the Allpro ubolr flip kit with these yet? See the centering pin coming up and wonder if that would interfere!

Are you planning to put some taller bumpstops on soon? Right now you're going to bottom out your shocks before the bumpstops hit, and if the bumps were to hit you'd probably hit all four ubolts on the frame also.

Excellent observation and thank you for that. I haven't cut the ubolts yet but am planning on doing it this weekend. I will look into the bump stops further. Again, thanks.

I would look into these I have them and love them. If you search here you will find a lot of other people like them and prefer them over the Timbren's

The new style leaf packs still squeak pretty bad. When they were freshly installed they were quiet but after a few trips off-road and through mud they now squeak just like the old style.

Thank you! Yes I'll consider getting these. Just when I think I've done enough research pre-install and I've got everything I need, I run into things like this. No biggie though. I'll just get bigger bump stops. I'm going to measure the shock travel and the bump stop to frame distance and make sure the ones I have won't work. Will follow up.
