    we get bad floods here in Sarasota , I got a 6" plus 3" body lift and still was scared my K&N intake was going to pull in water . So today I will be looking in to different Types of snorkel ideas . IMG_1878.jpg

    Got a lot of stuff lol
    I did a cowel snorkel with a v6 it's even easier. It pulls where my ac pulls air.

    No not at all. If you get any water up on your hood it would suck the air water right in. The cowel has plenty of air to pull without modifying it. Having this mods saved my ass before. received_739558049584317-1.jpg

    If I recall all you need is a 90 degree piece and a little straight pipe.

    Damn... That area has never been good. I lived over by Sarasota High off of bay St. and it would flood not bad but still about 12/18 inches of water with a bad storm....

    I think most of Bradenton and Sarasota is only about 13/14 feet above sea level and even out east is maybe about 4/6 feet above sea level once you get out in University park/lakewood ranch area....

    41 and Gulfstream was nuts last night. I'm glad I recently bought a lifted 4x4 Tacoma because my lowered 1st Gen wouldn't have liked it.

    I lived in Cortez on 118th St W for about a yr or so that entire area would go under water we had an inch of rain at high tide....
