Super interested. Let us know if you go into production. Looking for more storage in the rear seats and this is perfect. What is the distance between the headliner and rack?

There is a law about guns in cars being seperated from mags and ammo.
As for me ??? I don't need no stinking laws !!! Locked cocked and ready to rock at all times !
I think you can have a weapon mounted but not loaded. But what's the point then?

Just found this thread.... EXACTLY what I was looking for for inside-cab gun storage.... If anyone answered the price point question, I missed it. I am def down for one. I have '17 TRD OR DCSB with sunroof..... Please put me on the list. I'd like to know price both with/without finish. I like the tan finish myself.... The product is well thought out and extremely functional..... Produce this bad boy please !!!!

I'm waiting on production until I can test fit a truck with a sunroof. Haven't got my hands on one yet. I might just take a trip down to my local dealer.... lol

I just did a quick check of my sunroof in ref to rack space... I hope this helps.... I used the two handle holes as a ref point for measuring... Measuring from the most forward point on the handle, you have at least 11-12 inches clear/flat toward the front of the cab before you get close to the sunroof opening....

That leaves a TON of space for either the full sized rack you have, or even wider... I love your design... Please move forward with it.... I can gladly be your field test on the sunroof model.... Let me know when you need some $$$$..... in other words, shut up and take my money....lol

Let me back up a bit. I might be mistaken. The thickness across the roof IS different and may be an issue.... If you don't go any farther forward than the handles, it's a non-issue. From the handles back, you still have about 10" of clean, flat ceiling surface. I would think that would remain the same on all models????
