Here's a before and after. The first pic shows how it goes straight down from the fender. Now it follows wheel well curve a little better and more clearance.

Super glue it. Let the next person that owns the truck worry about getting it off.

I tried doing that today also.. I gave up and put it back together.. I will try again later. I also ordered the tools to go with it. I need a longer strong arm and a 35 mm for the cv axle..

I pulled the metal connectors out of the existing 12v outlet (yellow is positive, white is ground) it was kinda tricky getting the connects out of the plastic housing that plugs into the outlet but I hate using splice connects so I decided to soldered some 16 gauge directly to the connectors and popped then right back in to the plastic housing.

I bought mine because it didn't come with my off road. I like to look of it.

I painted the rear bumper ends to match the color or the truck (quicksand) and painted the oem grille matte black.

New tires. 285/75/16 (33's) Toyo Open Country M/T's. Got some minor rubbing. What do people use to trim the fender wells?

That looks great man. What specific Fox/Icon setup do you have?

Fox 2.5 extended travel w/o resi and Icon UCA's on front. Fox 117's with Dakars and All-Pro flip kit on back. Front looks higher in pic because they still have jack under it.

I'm picking up the same setup, just with an add a leaf. I was afraid the Dakars were going to be too stiff in the rear. How much preload do you have, and how do you like the setup?

Stop! I will tell you the Dakars are worlds better than any AAL. Please get the Dakars or any other full leaf pack. I had the Icon 1.5 AAL and now I have the Dakars and the ride quality is not even comparable. It's so much better. Do what you want, but I wish I would have listened to others on TW and bought the Dakars instead of waisting my time on the AAL. Don't get me wrong, I think Icon makes great products, but if you go cheap, you get what you pay for. Love my setup now. It's perfect for me. I have about 2.25" of threads showing on my coilovers. Some say that's too much preload but it rides great.

Edit: My Dakars are the light pack not the heavy duty.

You can always remove an overload leaf to get the desired right height.
