    I always press gas because of the slight elevation and decending...but it equals out.

    You gettin backlash because 28.9mpg while cruising 75 on truly flat ground for any extended period of time is not possible in a Tacoma. Simple as that.

    What factors played in that got you that picture we may never know but its beside the point really. What you claimed is misleading.
