Mocking up my new Bushwackers, I think they will fit the build much better. I'll be drilling holes in the truck and making them TRUE bolt on flares. Now just need to cut and trim them.. But I don't feel that bad because I got them for a killer deal ($250):kona:

Installed a new shifter knob. It left the shifter boot and lock collar hanging exposed. I got a tie rod replacement boot from NAPA that fits a 9/16's taper/shaft to cover the chrome lock ring and a caliper bushing from a 1996 Pontiac Starfire Part:# UP 82904A as a spacer on the shaft to keep the boot in place. I did not use the supplied locknut as it would not allow the knob to be screwed on even without the boot and bushing

It's hard to tell with the lighting but the letters are actually white! And it was $250 with letters and free shipping. I figured it's close enough to oem for the $150 savings.
