This tire specifically is getting replaced under road hazard warranty at Discount Tire. He stuck a pen in there and could see the Kevlar. The cuts in the other tires didn't qualify. I'll take it.

So you get a brand new spare to go with the 4 new tires you already ordered, score.

I would have to build my house in there if I was stuck living down there. I've been bitching and moaning since I got to work today and it hasn't even hit 90.

yes but I only paid for 3 tires. and have 5 total because I already had a spare that I had never used before. Put the spare into rotation today since it's older.

oh and there is a $100 rebate for Labor Day right meow.

What did they credit you for the road hazard? Since it was low on tread? Or are they replacing a worn out tire for a new tire free? Also approx millage on your mtrs plzkthnx.

I got credited the full price of a new tire. I bought the last set in 2014 and I'm guessing 35kish on them. If I didn't care about snow wheeling they could have gone a while more, if not for the cut. Now I have 3 used MTR's for sale. Hopefully someone needs spares. They don't let you keep a tire what was warrantied.

Weird, I got prorated on my car's tire when I needed to do that. Wasnt to worried since it was an expensive tire to begin with. Think i paid ~100 and after 20k for like 75 for it. Wonder if it just depends on the manager or employee

The tire is warrantied for a certain number of years or miles. If it's replaced within that period it should be full refund I'd think. I think it's funny that we went out to the parking lot and it's obvious I've been wheeling the truck. I could see some employees saying no sorry bro.

I dont remember him saying it was by years but i do know he said by miles. Guy I had seemed like the "i sorta know what im talking about but not really" kind of guy. Kept trying to talk about guys how would bring in restores muscle cars and have the wrong rims/tires picked out. Its like yes Im sure they dropped 30k on a restore and couldnt pick out the right size rim/tire for a OEM fit....

Either way I was still happy as it had been like 6 years lol

I know with Discount, I try and buy my tires from them. A friend was a manager and mentioned a free road hazard replacment. So when (2) 2 week old 33x10.5 bfg KM's got stick right through the center. We hosed them off, and took them in the next day. Then got 2 new free tires. It was worth the 40 bucks paid at originl purchase.

Well IMO you should keep your old tires and invest in a tire iron. They could go another 15k with some fancy groves. Maybe another set of wheels for the thrashers. I'm "||" this close to buying an 85 single cab efi from my bro n law.

My lady & I went out there the last two Labor days. Did the whole peninsula. We were stressing about finding camp spots because we didn't reserve anything but we soon found there was so reason to stress.

We got a Walk up site in the rain forest camp ground, then camped off a service road in the Buckhorn wilderness the second night.

Only wish there was dispersed beach camping. Have fun

Kimberly Buttle for mortgage broker. I used Dorothy Reagan I think when I bought my Lake Stevens house. Dorothy lives in Snohomish and deals more with larger properties I think.
