New to the site getting ready for lift/wheels/tires

Hey Im new to the site. I just picked up my second 06 DC TRD offroad. This week I'm going to order up new wheels, tires and lift kit. Figured I would list what I'm planning on getting and see if anyone has any thoughts on it or if I'm missing anything.

-OME Suspension lift kit with:
Front OME 90000 sport shocks
885 coils
top plate spacers
Complete rear OME springs with U bolts & bushings
Front Diff drop kit
Rear N182 shocks
OME trim spacer for a level front

-American Racing ATX Chamber Wheels
16" x 8" - 6 x 5.5" Bolt Circle, 4.5" Backspace

Do these sound like the right lugs for this wheel/truck?

Well I've been searching and searching for the answer about what black lugs fit the Chambers on our trucks. Can anyone confirm that the ones I posted above are the right ones or what ones should I be looking at??? The wheel specs say : Lug nut style conical seat -60 degree THANKS!!

With the 885s I do not believe you need top plates. Hopefully someone can verify and save you the $60 they tack on.

 

Yeah bro, from what i hear the 90000 sport shocks are stiffer and you probably wont be needing the top plate spacer's. Its best to put on the coils with the longer studs and see how it sits first. you really dont wanna go beyond 3" of lift. as for the lugs can't help you there.

Figured out the spacer question.

 

OK just ordered the Old Man Emu kit. So can anyone confirm the lugs for me? Then I can order up my Chambers and lugs.

 

The lugs look correct. Just FYI regarding locks, I just installed Toytec coilovers with the wheels on due to a lost lug nut key. PITA but possible. Then I decided to try to somehow take the back wheels off for the rear block install. I hammered a 19mm socket on the lock lug nut and was able to take it off ! It was one of those cheapo key with the weird design but I am sure it would work on a gorilla brand lug nut. They even sell an "emergency lug nut removal socket' at autoparts stores that does the same thing except it screws on. I think I am going to add a tilt sensor on my aftermarket alarm along with a better locks on the wheels just to slow down the theives and give me time to get the louisville slugger.

 

I have the 18" TRD BBS wheels and the locking lug nut that I have are shaped like the ones you are planning to buy. They were stamped 12x1.5mm..
