The NoVA thread has factions. Its like a Tacoma version of game of thrones. Instead of dragons and crazy magical shit...we got tacomas and shit talking.

hooters wings are shit, and bdubs is anti gun, so they got screwed off my list too. Buffalo wing u in Fairfax used to be chill, until our group got asked to leave for supposedly harassing the waitress.
I think asking for a beer 7 times isn't harassment, if your job is a waitress, and you haven't brought the beer the guy asked for the previous 6 times. 30 minutes with an empty bottle is stupid.

I remember hearing that he was associated with darkweb activity. There were a lot of sleuths digging stuff up on him after his fallout on the forums. I only met him once or twice.

Depends on who you ask, I prefer theirs to bdubs although bdubs has some solid stuff. Granted I think I naturally like the "heart attack" stuff when it comes to wings.

Agree. I prefer a traditional wing to a breaded wing.

    What's up @Coot83 ?!

he straight told me his background and his connectivity to darkweb, and then I bounced. My bills are paid because of my job, which wouldn't like me associating myself with someone like that. Neither would our clients.

Is that some sort of underground hacking that he was apart of? I am not familiar with the term, although just the name of it sounds like something I wouldn't want to associate with either.

That has me intrigued...I remember the Hollywood movie. Curious if it is in relation at all with what that film is about?

wtf??? wow. that's terrible. I would have RAPED them online w/ a review and emailed corporate.

I almost NEVER eat inside Bdubs... I always pick it up and bring it home... that way I have ALL the beer I can drink and I have my 70" TV all to myself and I'm not forced to watch curling or some bullshit I dont care about. haha

hmm.... sounds like a shady guy.... I know almost nothing about darkweb stuff.

the movie?? oh man... it's been YEARS since I've seen that...

    you talking about:
    Icon Club vs King CLub
and 255 Club vs 285 Club?

Wait, to clarify, I don't necessarily prefer Bdubs wings over any other, I just prefer that style. Velocity Wings and Coach's Corner (both in Purcellville) have great wings.

I met Skygear once at my first meet up after joining the forum. I also thought he was sketch. He asked me to take him hunting. My gut feeling on him, and the fact that I had just met him, did not make me want to take him out into the woods, alone, with a firearm.

    heart attack? like spicy?

yea I may eventually see what all the Fuss is about... but for now... meh.

my dad told me this and I've never forgotten it....."a breaded / boneless wing is a chicken tender not a real "wing"

smart man. if you work (mine also) found out you were even remotely associated w/ that kind of thing, it wouldnt end up good.

That's funny man, when I was visiting my roommate in law school we went out to hooters up in jersey. I think we did similar in regards to having to request our drinks about 5 times which eventually we just kept to water and she brought the drinks when getting our bill that we decided not to have at that point. I think our sit down to get food took about 2 hours that night. Normally hooters outings are a solid experience for me, but the waitress could of cared less.

After we got back, one of the guys with us made it his goal that weekend to draft a nasty letter to corporate about the experience. I wanna say they sent him some hooters gift cards to make up for our trouble and appreciated his perspective, but yea man the locations can def get sketch in terms of franchises.

Sorry man I will be out of town this weekend. If the opportunity arises to drop it off with someone close to the Alexandria/Springfield area I can always scoop it up from them.
