not me man, snow freezes your limbs and can be much more dangerous if you get stuck in it (if you had to walk out) i think.

plus if your in mud, chances are there is rocks and dead trees on the ground that can be used for traction, in the snow u only got more snow and ice, and the random branch if u can break it off

No. I just wasn't paying attention and drove into a big hole in the ground at the top of a 50-foot drop-off.

Could have been much, much worse and would have tested the hell out of my rollcage. Considering the alternative, I was very happy to have stopped where and how I did.

How does one go about changing a tire in this type of situation? Dig til you hit solid ground and hope it is flat?

    Unrelated question.

Pt 1. If when going through deep water and you get stuck, and the exhaust is competely underwater, do you leave the truck running or shut it off?

Pt 2. If going through deep water and you get stuck and the water is up over the hood, leave it running or shut it off?

    Why?

I think I know the answers but would appreciate the input. Thanks.

Never shut the engine of when exhaust is under water unless your going to get pulled out without having to turn your truck back on because when you turn it back on youll suck what up through the exhaust.

If your hood is submerged then i hope you have a snorkel or money to fixed engine parts and dont mind water in the cab lol
