And I thank you for yours. I've always said enlisting was the best decision I ever made, and by a wide margin. I still have friends from back then, and that was long enough ago that I served in West Germany...:D

On second thought, you may be able to buy your aircraft with it as part of "course materials."

She is, but not by a long shot in any way.

I dont know man, its been debated for years and years.

She's looking to get out of marketing at some point and back into the art world.

I loved Korea. Did a year at Osan, got to tour the country doing site installs. Locals are wonderful, polite people. Kim needs to die and that country reunified. Plus, the food is fantastic!
I strongly recommend that you get back to working on your degree. I did mine...slowly. One class at a time. Park University is really good, you educate at your own pace, and YOU CAN AFFORD IT!! None of this "debt up to the eyeballs" crap. We can talk about it more at C&C/TnT.

I missed y'all this summer, but my FIL needed me more. I don't regret the time I spent with him at all.

Darmstadt, FRG for 2 for me, Active Reserve in Minnesota and Wisconsin for another 3.5 during college. The re-up NCO in Germany shoved the papers in front of me when I was clearing, and said "just sign this". I asked him why he wasn't giving me the spiel, and he said he knew I was just in it for the college cash!

I’ll throw in on a keg or I can bring a cooler of beer to share. I’ll bring food too. Maybe someone can make a potluck signup list?

Ha! I was "promoted" from Sp4 to Corporal while in the Reserves, something I never asked for, or wanted. Same pay/more responsibilities? No thanks. My buddy and I missed the bus that was taking all of us to Fort McCoy that night for a weekend drill, ended up in the bars of LaCrosse, and didn't make it to drill the next am. The next month, I was "demoted" back to Sp4.

I liked the Air Force's approach to E-4. They removed the NCO authority from it, and capped it for high-year tenor at 10 years. If you can't make E-5 in 10 years...we don't want you.
