if it goes away when you engage your 4wd, its your carrier bearing gone bad in the diff

Maybe your tires are slightly out of balance? When my new tires were put on, they were severely out of balance. Once I hit 60 mph the truck felt like it was going to shake apart.

if its a balance issue, you would have the steering wheel shakes.

if your vibes go away in your pedal when you engage 4wd, buy the replacement bearing from ecgs

I had them on before the lift and it didn't happen.

carrier bearing, the donut looking thing attached to your drive shaft. lifting the truck will throw off angles so you either have to flip the cb or shim it

Yeah but he'd feel the needle bearing vibes a lot sooner than 60 mph. Moot point anyways since he's 2wd.
Definitely drivetrain related then. CB is your carrier bearing. I'd just get some washers and do some trial and error. Place a couple washers on, drive around, and see if it fixed your problem. If not, add some more washers and try again. It may fix it, it may not. The only way to know for sure is to measure your driveline angles and do some math to figure out exactly what you need.

Just unbolt, add spacer, and rebolt?

I flipped mine 180* and solved my vibration, you might want to try it too

Drive shaft vibration? I bought the OME spacers for driveshaft bearing and it helped but did not completely solve the issue. So you simply reversed its direction?

Yep, I unbolted it and made it do a 180* and bolt it back... seems too simple to be the solution but it works for me...

I have 2" leveling spacers on my old 2 nd gen suspension and get a very mild shake at 50-55 mph I've retorqued everything with no change, doesn't bother me much and I know nothing is loose so I just deal with it.
