Ive heard of guys beating them back and it causing water leak issues.

 

Didn't beat mine actually. The looked fine when I looked at them last night.

Had the headliner wet also, not sure if that came from the open door Saturday night or if the rack started leaking.

Took all paneling out and can't trace it to anything....

 

Dang it dude, doesnt sound too good.

I know that sometimes the evap coils get clogged up and can result in wet passengers floor (front)

I would say if you left your door open at any time last weekend that could be an issue.

 

Not necessarily open, but I noticed that the water was running of the roof rack straight on the seat.

I've got one on my truck. Easiest oil changes ever. I have all pro skids and they protect it well at the same time it's easy to access and turn the valve.

Use any loctite or anything on the valve?

 

Seal the penetrations from your roof rack with pipe dope including the screws.

 

Just torque to 30ft#'s

They are sealed, almost certain it's not coming from there.

Plus that won't explain the puddle on the floor!

 

When I was in the Navy I read the tech manuals for all the equipment in my shop and could pretty much recite them from memory. Through all that, I couldn't remember to go to college.

 

If it's not coming from there, then it may be coming from your outside air intake.

 

I probably can spread some of the stuff around the rivnuts to be sure. Can I just paint them with it?

The air duct is behind the rear seat. Everything is dry around that area. Or are you talking about a different air intake?

 

Where your blower is. There's a trench where you get the fresh air to the blower just behind your hood. If it's clogged and doesn't drain properly or slow, the water will pool and enter through the cabin intake. If you roof rack is sealed properly, are there any other penetrations on the roof that may be questionable?
