another thing to consider is if you want threaded or pvc, if pvc you can do glow in the dark but that will cost a pretty penny

its pretty decent, lowest setting will get you right at perfect temp for pork 210-220 if you need to go lower just starve the propane more. i wish there was a separate door for the wood tho.

 

I think the patch is super cool, but there aren't enough of us. We'd MAYBE need 20 patches, and to run a batch that small would be really expensive.
