Mhmh not a 100 percent sure what you are talking about, but I'll check it later. Got a picture by any chance?

Nothing in the roof except the rack. Weird thing is it was only the driver side also.

In the IT field, there is bias (both for and against) those of a particular central Asian ethnic persuasion.

    $5 per vehicle
to park which goes to a charity/organization (see below). This also gets you a raffle ticket for a Autozone bucket of stuff and things. Additionally, this month, PUPPIES!

Organization Sponsored: LLS (Leukemia Lymphoma Society)

    From C&C FB page:

This months show is supporting LLS (Leukemia Lymphoma Society).
Here is some general information about LLS:
The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS) is the world's largest voluntary health agency dedicated to blood cancer. The LLS mission: Cure leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin's disease and myeloma, and improve the quality of life of patients and their families. LLS funds lifesaving blood cancer research around the world and provides free information and support services.
LLS also holds their annual Light The Night at COTA. Light The Night is the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s annual fundraising walk and an opportunity for Central Texans to pay tribute and bring hope to people battling cancer. Participants walk along a one-mile route carrying illuminated lanterns – white for survivors, red for supporters and gold lanterns in memory of loved ones lost. Austin Light The Night takes place on Saturday, November 18, at Circuit of the Americas. Learn more at www.lightthenight.org/sctx.

So please clean those cars and come on out to support such a great cause!!

**As always, it is not expected for anyone to bring anything; i.e. food, drinks, stickers, patches, etc. Anything brought is greatly appreciated, but you are still allowed to partake even if you can't bring anything **

For those who haven't attended before, generally we all pitch in and bring various items for cooking bacon, tacos, bacon, coffee and... uh... bacon:dancingbacon:. It is a community effort and as stated above, you are not expected to bring anything. You are more than welcome to still enjoy a Taco, beverage and enjoy the company of others.

If you would like to bring something, the general list (not definitive, just spit balling) is:

    Tortillas
    Cheese
    Bacon (lots :dancingbacon:)
    Eggs (also lots)
    Salsa
Other condiments or snacks or food items
    Water
    Drinks
    Chairs
    Table

T&T Part Deux: Arrowhead Park (http://www.lvpoa.org/amenity.asp?id=15)

Chris, how much are the passes so we can pay you back?

We will be doing a Taco Convoy out of T&T at around 9:30 to head to Arrowhead park in Lago Vista for more food and merriment. Chris (@Texoma ) was gracious enough to pick 25 visitor passes for us in advance. The plan is to park Lakefront, grill, drink, swim, etc..

As far as beer options, we're looking at BYOB or pitching in on a keg.

Chad (@ChadsPride ) also suggested something about a Taco Community Trash Pickup at some point to show good community standing. If this is something we do, I'd recommend doing it as one of the first things prior to too much food and drinking.

As another point, that I'm not worried about, we will obviously need to clean up fully after ourselves as well. But our C&C showing is already great about this.

Chime in for what you'd like to bring for this portion of the day and if you want to attend.

Arrowhead Park (Rollout of T&T @ 9:30 ish) Food, Tacos, and Merriment

@Misplaced Nebraskan (Can do some pulled pork if people want that?) (park pass money)

I’ll bring tortillas and I have a bunch of paper plates left over from the fight last weekend. I’ll also bring a cooler (maybe two) of beer, water, and whatever assorted soft drinks I have in the beer fridge in the garage.

Park passes are free, I just have to fill out a form at least two weeks in advance. I don't even know how much legs cost, but we could all pitch in. Shiner is my flavor of choice, not sure what the rest of the consensus is. I'll post this on the 4Runner forum as well. @-dustin you're still on there right? Also, anyone and everyone who has an asking, bring it to the park. And anyone who plans on meeting at the park and not caravan from CnC/TnT, PM me and I'll give you my number if you don't already have it. As for round up time, I think somewhere around 10-1030 ought to be good to head out the caravan to the park. I've got an area where if we lose anyone due to lights or stop signs, we can pull over and re group.

That's unfortunate. I've seen the mocha mafia in action in other areas, and it was disheartening. Where I'm at now there's no issue (many of our best developers are from Indian and Pakistani descent) and everyone gets along just great, but I'm federal and just the thought of favoritism for or against in any direction gets the HR weenies spun up to 11. At some places I was applying to before I got here...yeah.

PM me - we have a lot of new contracts getting ready to drop and maybe you'll be a fit in one of them.
