This was a tough one. I feel the background in the shots is just as important as the main subject and these all nailed it. I have to go with the image that my eyes keep going to which is @Don5352 with the black and white.

Seriously, great images on this one!

Thanks, Beers. I got lucky on this one. Was working in the garage and had to move my motorcycle out to have room. Didn't plan it. Sun was just right. When I was processing I hadn't planned to go black and white, just moved one of the settings too much, and thought, this looks better than color.

You are correct on #3.

 

I was gonna say one and two. You always try to get the best photo from the week and post it while still having fun. I attended a 4wd meet fundraiser and worked lol.

my official entry for the week. I wasn't able to capture what i wanted with the artistic nature I needed because i was out fishing all morning. but "Nuts and bolts" are gonna be stretched a little by this. Railways are the "nuts and bolts" using "nuts and bolts" to transport "Nuts and bolts" . If it doesn't count I understand but its where I was hoping to come from on this.

It'll have to do. It's freaking cold up here! Snow plows aren't a joke up here, it's like they get a wee bit of snow. The winch is the size of my little baby taco motor.

Sorry for the delay. Meant to do this yesterday, but got wrapped up at work, then forgot when I got home. Nice selection of entries this week. Well done to all. They are exactly what I was looking for. Can't say precisely why I keep coming back to this particular photo, but if I had to say something I suppose its symmetry. Beauty as a result of pleasing proportions or harmonious arrangement. I had to look it up to make sure I was using that word in the proper context.
