Are the abs and e locker wires long enough?

    King 10" coilovers w/ resi. 3.5" over long travel kit. Factory spindles w/ ALLPRO gussets. Total Chaos tower gussets. Energy Poly cab mounts and steering rack mounts. Glassworks fenders and bedsides. Home fabbed bed cage. King 2.5x16 bypass shocks in the rear. DMZ long travel rear end. Race radio (2meter). Removed secondary carbon air filter. Exhaust dumped before the axle / no muffler. Phram fresh air cabin filter. K&N replacement filter, After market stereo, Grillcraft grill, custom fabled roof rack with 7" HID's, PRP race seats.
    Working on a custom setup for more travel in the rear. What's the story with the abs and e-locker wires on a second gen pre runner. Can they be made longer? Is there an extension harness? Thanks

    Electric Dynolock tailgate, TrailGear Slides, , 285/75-16 Yoko Geolanders on Wheelers Type B, SAW 2.0 front and back, Camburg b/j UCA, 1.5" AAL, Ubolt flip, ARB bump.
    I'd go with extended brakelines if you're going to get alot more droop out of the rear. You could always build it first and test it in a safe manner before you wheel it to figure out if you need to go longer. A good brake shop can make cu$tom one's and Toytec carries some too, I'm sure others make 'em.

    You going with a shackle flip?

    Not sure about the locker wiring...

    I'm hoping to get 10 inches travel out of it. Basically it will involve a chaos lower shock mount on the axle and the shock will be a 2.5 icon piggy back. The leaf spring is the icon three leaf. I know about the break lines but I'm not sure if the e locker and abs wires will be a problem.

    Seeing as the ABS and E-lock come in almost central on the axle I don't think more travel will be an issue unless you jump it alot. Under normal trail articulation the diff hardly drops at all even when your wheel drops 10".

    You might be able to 'free up' those wires by modifying the mount above the diff... get an extra 1" or 2" out of them.

    I think I may just try that. Thanks for the input! I want to tackle this project soon but piggy back shocks are near 800 bucks. Between that and the lower shock mounts I may need to do some saving up. I think in the mean while I may try re-valving my icon rear resi shocks. Mad whoops!

    Add a shackle reversal and some revolver shackles too, you'll get that axle real twisty.
