Anyone have photos of their MGM Tacoma with the black vinyl on the B pillars removed? Thinking about doing this but undecided!

Not bad at all. My truck was only a couple of months old, so that helped. I love the look, but have one regret. You are touching a painted surface to close the door, always leaving a smudge... Other than that, I love it.

 

Did a little more than tint. Looks good. SR doesn't come with rear tinted Windows?

 

Nope, full on fish bowl. Those first couple of weeks were rough!

 

Pretty dark. I'm getting ready to do front but can only go 35%. Should match rear. Just can't find the time. Nice new wheels too. Completely changes truck.

 

Which rims and tire size please?

Yeah full LT with 37's.

This pic kind of sucks because all of the aluminum is off while I paint it. But you get you get the idea.

 

What are you running in the rear end?

Giant 64" SUA, 16" king bypass, bed cage for the shocks.

4.88. Best I could do. I actually can cruise in 5th at 70ish.

 

Thanks! I wound up doing 18 on the fronts, 5 for the back, and 70 on the windshield.

Way late to the party but I picked up a MGM access cab recently. Traded in a VW Jetta on it so anything was better than that! This is my 3rd Toyota now; my first truck was a '88 pickup that I made a custom flatbed and front bumper for, had a '01 reg. cab prerunner and now this 2017 SR. Shes nothing special but I love it so far! I am adding cruise control per moe2o4's write up this Friday when the parts get in. At the same time I am going to take the predator tube steps off and sell them. Long term plans are to tint the windows, get a different grill and paint matched front bumper (or custom, haven't decided). Also want different wheels/tires but I will wait until the stock tires are worn out. Flipping through this thread I've really come to like the 17" Graphite TRD Pro wheels on these trucks! Also have the possibility to get some white SCS F5's off a friend (@Kerleyfries) and I will powder coat them whatever color I want.
