    The hinges were rusted. Then one broke off some time ago. The second one finally gave way. Lol doesn't bother me not replacing it. Doesn't stop anything or anyone from messing with it anyways

    I am in between Port Arthur and Beaumont and can confirm that the area is hurting. So many are displaced from their homes due to the flooding. Our area does not have the capabilities to deal with the amount of water that has impacted our area in the last few days. All of the pumps have failed in Port Arthur so now the water is just backing up everywhere. Our next concern is when the damns can not hold the water anymore and they have to release the water as it will travel down stream to our area. So even though the rain has lightened up this morning there is potential for this disaster to become much worse before it's all said and done.

    Any thing that you guys can do to help would be greatly appreciated. I would suggest making sure that you find a dedicated location to drop the supplies off to as there has already been reports of looting in the Port Arthur area.
