So did they ever get the long tubes and Y pipe installed

 

^ It was a No go.
We didn't have the one proper tool to remove a 12mm bolt.

Then the Y-Pipe was too short as his custom exhaust pipe was no longer OEM length.
Zach was bummed.

what did you need?...i've been contemplating getting a set of headers and would like to know any special tools needed.

 

I did mine over 2 years ago and on one bolt. You'll need a long extended 12mm Bolt. Then on the other one you'll need a swivel 12mm. He didn't mention to us in advance he was installing it and no one brought it. He just said F it.

Its straight forward on the install. Its mostly just reaching the bolts and positioning your hands in ways you don't normally.
