    Don't knock 'em until you've worn them. Bought a pack of the originals in '95 when I got stationed in Korea. We'd go 8, 9 hours in MOPP exercises, and there was no forgiveness if you broke MOPP because you had to pee. Reprimand and extra duty for first offense.

    Wife commented on a recent commercial where a firefighter was wearing them, and she was all "he's too young to need them." I pointed out that his was a profession where they can't necessarily take a moment to undress and go, and she totally got it after that.
