I think I'm going to order new ubolts and centerpins for the aal as they've already been torqued once. Te plan will be to replace the rear springs with a set of Dakars maybe next year so I may just leave off the ubolt flip for now and order those bolts for when the springs are replaced.

    Morning
Yeah the neighbor will be back Saturday he can get a deal on a WH and I would help him, that's the easy part now. We were going to start construction on the addition, so I had to clear out the kids room anyway, now i have flooring to rip up and more mold to abate.
    Morning Rob
I priced tankless when I put this unit in, the cost to install the unit was more than a 50 gal traditional, installed. The last plumber installed the shed but the cement pad he put in slants towards the house:facepalm:
Memory loss:rasta: or secret Marine stuff he can't talk about
    Nice

Good morning. Work. One more day. :pccoffee:

What nothing from the 70's? Then again I will be 60 my next birthday. In the mid 70's I was in the Anza Borrego Desert every weekend I could shooting jacks in the arse making them squeal and then shooting the coyotes when they ran in to take a look. This was before the Johnny Stewart electronic cassette callers. Damn jumping cactus think I'm still pulling quills out of my knee caps with a pair of needle noses. Or those could be porcupine quills.

Desert aint nothing try the steam plant of a ship where it is 120* under an elephant trunk. You know your alive when you wake up and are in a stainless steel tub filled with ice water and a thermometer sticking out of every orifice of your body and 6 corpsman pushing you back in screaming about getting your body core temp down.

Will be making sure the snow blower is working this weekend it is almost time. Don't really care for extreme cold or hot anymore. But if it is cold you can at least layer more clothes or long johns on. That high heat can and will cause brain damage. Just saying. I think. Can't remember. Where am I? Oh insects. Yeah a bunch of nasties running around in that sand too once the sun goes down. Mosquitoes, horse flies and no seeums aren't so bad after all.

Water is still leaking out of the tank. So I figured I would shut it off and drain it...guess what, the shut-off valve just spins around. So I have to shut the main and fix that, too.

I hate that crap. We put lots of ball valves in just because of bad valves/crap valves/ the possibility of valves going bad.

Wife can't wait, she BMC'd about a cold shower. Got a few estimates and found one guy that was telling me about all the regulations and requirements in my city and he still came in lower, so he is coming by to look at it.
One guy told me that all the places will lowball me and can't be trusted, so I said 'wouldn't that include you?' 'Oh no, I am telling you the truth'...lol
