It's actually built for RTT's or cargo. I will be using it for my RTT along with it's storage bins so hopefully it works out well....

So, I lifted the rear end with Wheelers progressive AAL leaf. My thanks to @BTHawk for the information he shared. Here's the before and after:

Ya from what I understand King, Icon, Wheelers it doesn't matter. They're from the same place, just rebadged from what I've read. Definitely a solid adjustment to an otherwise great truck.

Is the ride so bumpy now it shook the TX decal off??

Jk looks great, please post some follow ups on how you like it after a while. I'll probably do the same.

@RyanL so far the ride is stiffer with the AAL installed. I removed the overload springs, but have kept them for a just in case. I prefer a little rake, so I have left the original height in front... for now. I debadged her today and slapped on the TRD shift knob that did not come with my Baja.

This exactly how mine is set up....progressive aal without the overloads , standard BAJA front hieght at 1.75". I love the feel of the ride it produces.

I was under the impression the 3-leaf minus overload would be softer in back, the trade off to giving up some load capacity. So you get more height but you give up both ride quality and load capacity?

I wouldn't say I've given up ride quality. I enjoy the way it rides. When I say stiffer, you gotta understand that my rear leafs had failed, so ANYTHING would have been stiffer. I won't ever have anything seriously heavy in the back of my Taco, but that's not to say I won't have a couple hundred pounds of mulch tossed back there this spring. I trust I can do that now and not be concerned with bottoming out. I went over a good sized bump with my friend in the truck, going 50 and I didn't bottom out after the install. So for me and my habits, I'm satisfied.

I need some advice. I have been reading the threads about suspension and I'm still not sure what to do. I have a 2011 TX Pro. I installed an ARE topper and Body Armor rear bumper and I like the way the truck sets, seems to be level.
I just went to the dealer to get the transmission serviced, it has 110,000 miles and I don't know what maintenance the previous owner did. The Toyota Tec. Took it for a test drive and said the shocks are showing some wear and I should think about replacing them. Est. $891.00 plus $98.00 alignment. I assume that's OEM shocks and labor. My guestion is, is there any reason to go to the 5100 Bilstien shocks, which Tirerack has for $358.00 for all 4 or should I go with the OEM shocks, which I think are the Bilstein 4600 shock, which Tirerack has for$330.00 for all 4. I'm not sure what the dealer gets for installation,I'm going to check. I'm 70 years old and not about to crawl around and install them myself. Does the truck need realignment after the shocks are installed? The shocks have no effect on how the truck sets right? Would the difference, in ride, between the two shocks be noticeable? I wouldn't be rock climbing. I use the truck for bird hunting with my dogs so mostly gravel roads and off road mud and snow. What are your thoughts?

Thanks guys. I'm in NE Colorado . I don't mind paying the dealer as long as I'm not getting ripped off.

Brother, go with your stock setup unless you just need LT suspension. Mine is a 2014 with a pretty stock setup and rides wonderfully on and off road. Easiest thing to do is buy the kit on eBay or CL and install over a weekend. A case of beer will have you done and with stories to tell.
