Yeah they are my local dealer... I ended up driving an hour south to Nalley Toyota of Roswell to avoid dealing with Milton Martin.

I was really happy with the car buying process at Nalley. And their advertised lowest internet price blew Milton's out of the water (by ~4-5 grand, if I remember right). And that's the price I ended up paying. Highly recommend Nalley.

Someone is building a huge Toyota dealership on the east side of Cumming. Don't know anything about it, other than they are going to have to sell a lot of vehicles to pay for the building...

The wind screen thing. Wind fairing? You know what I'm talking about.

When I got mine the middle bars were missing, he sent them "clear" and not black. He then sent me the correct ones after 2 weeks. I also ordered a light bar cutout but he didn't send me one so I now have to cut one out whenever I get my light bar

Yep, that thing. This really bums me out. I was hoping to get everything painted, and installed within a week. I was even going to do limb risers. Even got my Amazon 40" light bar too.

I'd call CBI today and let them know you didn't get it. Hopefully they'll send one out, shit ask for a 32" light bar cut out for me while you're there haha

Wish I would've done that...now I do like my truck, but I know if I had been more patient I could've got a better deal. Live and learn.

Called CBI, they said they would send a 40' cut out deflector out, and will try to get it out today. I asked if they will email a notification once shipped, and they said they would. Still sucks that I can't get it all painted and put together, but in all honestly I probably wouldn't get it done this weekend anyhow.

I reached out to at least 10 dealers in the area when I got my 2013. I wanted certified, TRD Offroad, MGM and 4x4. Eventually had to drive up to Anderson, SC to get it, but was worth it as I got a great deal without any notificable fees attached. Did the whole "deal" through email, and was in and out of there in 30 minutes.

We've bought 3 from Milton Martin and have had pretty good experience. They do aftermarket mandatory add-ons for new vehicles, which sucks, and have a pretty steep "document" fee if I remember correctly. But with the last 2 purchases (new highlander in 2015, new 4runner 2 weeks ago) they did significant discounts off MSRP and gave a pretty fair trade-in value. Also didn't hurt that they were the only dealership that had exactly what 4Runner my wife wanted in the area.

Out of curiosity, what tool/resource did you use that led you to SC? I know generally what truck I want but most of the search engines I've used are kinda annoying.

Autotrader.com I saved a search for exactly what I wanted within 100 miles and had it email me when new listings "fit the bill"

Have they changed their filters? I stopped using them because if I wanted a 4x4, there would be options for "4x4", "four wheel drive", "4 wheel drive", "4WD", etc etc. Or did you just check all the synonyms?

I went to Milton Martin Toyota when shopping for my truck and drove several Tacos but they didn't have a super white. Kept my eye on their incoming inventory. Went down several days before they were going to be receiving one and asked if I could put a deposit on it and pick it up the afternoon it came in (you could order one with a deposit of $500). They told me I could not because it might sell the second it came off the truck. Tried to reason with them that they had a guaranteed sale on their hands or it could sit for several weeks like the rest of them but they didn't budge so I went elsewhere. I still take it there for oil changes and such because their service center is pretty good.

I bought my 2015 used from Milton Martin as well. They did have a $750 dealer junk fee of some sort, but they were $2-3k cheaper than anyone else around me.

They tried to add on more fees for interior fabric protection and the paint protection films. I told them I didn't want them, and they said they do it to all their used inventory and had already done it to this one. So I said "Well I didn't ask for it, and I don't really care about it, so I'm not gonna pay for it," and they took it off.

Salesman was nice, maybe not the most knowledgeable, but wasn't pushy or anything.

I'm happy with my truck, but if I could do it all over again, I would've been more patient and test drove others and negotiated better. I HATE negotiating and I'm really impatient, so I found one I liked, drove it, and bought it lol. But I definitely won't be using Toyota of McDonough again...not even using them for my free oil changes and tire rotations.
