That is the new Bronco. It was spotted testing with two Rangers (a Wildtrak and a Raptor). Zoom into the 3rd picture and you can see the rear axle diff housing with the watt's linkage: http://image.trucktrend.com/f/145922926/2020-ford-bronco-everest-mule-rear-quarter-02.jpg This is what it looks like on the Ford Everest:

A well deserved statement...that being said, I wonder if the value of these will go down as quick as the old broncos did?

^No it won't, because the new Bronco will be a sensible and practical (boring?) vehicle, competing in the same category as the 4Runner and, to a lesser extent, the Wrangler 4-door.

It's interesting Ford chose to camoflage only from the A-pillars forward. This suggests the Ford Bronco will be the same as the global Everest, just with different front end sheetmetal. The global Everest currently sold on dealer's lots in Australia, Europe, etc. already looks like this:

The same way the 3rd gen Tacoma shares nothing with the 2nd gen Tacoma except the seatbelt buckles? Not to say I'm upset. A 2-door SUV with gaudy retro styling would look cool, but difficult to live with day to day. One of the reasons I didn't buy the FJ was the poor outward visibility.

Toyota is known for being super conservative on Tacomas. If it wasn't for its competitors you could still buy first gens.

Ford changes things up every 5 years.

I like all of these Bronco concepts better than the Everest with a face-lift. :annoyed:

^Ford already makes a F150-based SUV called the Expedition (which was the successor to the OJ Bronco) ;)

The other concepts would have gone the way of all the other 2-door SUVs (FJ Cruiser, 2-door Tahoe, Isuzu Amigo...)

Yeah but I think that re branding the Expedition to Bronco would be wise.
Also, I would still much rather see this:
    upload_2017-8-30_14-27-52.jpg
Than a Bronco that looks like a Jeep Grand Cherokee with a Ford Badge.

Bottom right is a Troller T4. Ford bought Troller in 2013 or so and a slightly larger one of those would be awesome here.

If that's the new Ranger, it just looks like a combination of a Tundra and the Colorado :notsure:

yeah but the Ranger has a cool chrome Rollbar in the bed, this gives it the edge in the midsize offroad truck catagory

They are using the current global ranger for powertrain development.

Guarantee it won't have a fat lip underbite like 3 gens do

That chevy comercial that poked fun at ford had a disguise on that made it look like a ford. Could be similar

Unlike Toyota though, Ford has the balls to make a Raptor version of the new Ranger with widened fenders and LT suspension with 6-link gussetted rear axle...
