I slipped a disk in my teen years, as an adult tension would build and my lower back would totally seize up. I go to see the chiropractor on a regular basis and try to keep my core strong. Has been one year now since my last issue, my son has the same issue has a bulging disk at 21. He's not sure what he did either.

I know exactly what i did. Tried to be the fastest orderfiller in my warehouse for a whole week. Worked about 50 hours and did about 75 to 85 hours worth of work...currently its difficult to tie my shoes and bring the empty recycle bins back up to the house

I left early on tuesday, and called out yesterday and today. I would call out tomorrow, but they have this thing in place on "critical days" surrounding holidays where my coaching will be more severe. Since alot of people call out around holidays. So im going to go in and pull low numbers. Then next week im on vaca so full relaxation. Any over the counter meds you would advise? Next tuesday im going to an ortho for hopefully an mri.

Ill keep ya posted. A big part that really stiffened my back was 16 hours round trip drive to NC from FL for the solar eclipse. And sleeping on a shitty pull out bed. But its okay because i had an epic view.received_10211197351144527.jpg

What gabbo said, plus hot and cold, ice packs to numb, warm packs for circulation, light stretches, keep seeing the chiro!
When you feel better stretching before light exercise, I find bike riding is helpful, as well as swimming!

The rears are little half "suicide doors" on access cabs
