Golf R, I'm biased having 4 VWs prior to the truck. But I tested one when getting the taco And damn! That thing pulls hard and stays down. I was easily only going the speed limit;) down 29 in Merrifield.

Assuming its in good shape engine and transmission wise, I would be more than happy to commute in that.

Not so good for getting carseats into if you ever need it for that.

Big bumper. Theres also a trd pro tundra on the lot. They have jacked the price like 3500 now that the tundra pro has been discontinued. They called it a market adjustment or some bs

yea, the likeliness of me needing it for that is slim, but I will at least have the ABILITY to do it if need be. ya know?

I plan on this only being a commuter car

I looked at civics as commuter cars a long time ago and 10 year old sedans with 100k+ were ridiculously priced. I gave up. It would have been a commuter vehicle

haha so I have my Tacoma.... I have the 4Runner..... and (up until yesterday) I had a 1996 Mazda Miata commuter car since I drive 50-60 miles each way to work.

I sold the Miata yesterday and am debating on what kind of commuter car to get next. Karen had suggested getting a Prius, but I dont want to drive a vagina on wheels every day.

So I found a really good condition Honda Civic that I'm thinking of buying

Im just sayin i could never keep up with that. But if its a good side business that turns a profit then you seem to have a knack for it.

If i throw a curveball to y'all and decide to buy a full-size instead of the subie, ill hit you up to find me a commuter car haha.

Edit: dont hold your breath though
