Thank you, Sue! I just woke her up to get her antibiotic started and gave her a couple of puffs of the inhaler. I think she went right back to sleep. We'll wait till morning to start the Prednisone.

@Kolunatic Kevin, how are you guys doing on fuel down your way. The news started talking about a fuel shortage up here and folks started to panic. Most stations are sold out. The ones that have any left, folks are wrapped around the block.

That's another reason I do not watch news. Half of it is invented and the other half is bull_ _ _ t!

 

Yup. There saying there's a shortage, so folks keep topping their tanks off - leading to a shortage. It's gone up $.25 here, too.

Hell it's gone up $.40 here since Saturday

 

I filled the Tacoma up before I left on vacation. The Jeep is sitting on about 1/2 and the Harley is full. I'm good for about a month.

 

I filled up last Saturday... should be good for another 10 days

 

All mine are full I believe but we're going camping tomorrow so I'll be burning through some in the truck

 

Boss asked me to go by TC. Gas cans all gone,even transfer tanks.

 

The wife's car is on "E" because she didn't think about it. The truck is better than half and the Harley around 3/4. Only issue is that we were planing on leaving Sunday for a NM/AZ/UT trip so now I need to figure out how far out side of DFW I'll have to travel to find a station with fuel.

 

The really bad part about this whole thing now is the knee jerk reactions people have when they hear the bs news and rumors. Yes, there is a need for more things. Recovery and rescue is not cheap. But the majority of people, sitting at home watching the news, reading social media and not responding to any of it don't need 10 gas cans sitting in their garage. In 6 months you're going to see all this extra stuff people don't need on craigslist. In a year it'll be sitting on the curb waiting for the garbage truck to pick it up. Meanwhile, the people that need it can't find it and, when they do, the price went up because there was a false spike in demand.
