High Beam Trigger for AUX lights

And for the record. So we can all be more informed...

Trucks with DRL's have headlights that are positively switched.

Trucks w/o DRL's are negatively switched.

At least for those corresponding years. But it wouldn't surprise me if earlier years were similar...

 

I do not have DRLs so most likely would be similar. unless they changed something (could be the courtesy dimmer). so therefore, on topic

 

What wire color did you tap? I'm guessing you tapped the R-Y wire, which would function the same as the way I wired mine, just opposite.
