Shitty powerlifter that often fucks something up here, I love tiger balm (not too expensive, small, really works, a little bit goes a long way) and penetrex (more expensive but is the absolute best shit ever). Get clear Tiger Balm if you buy that, the red will fucking henna dye you and everything you touch. They're both basically really intense icy hot/bengay alternatives. Penetrex works quicker and longer in my opinion but tiger balm can literally fit in your pocket. Just don't get wet before, during, or after using this shit. Ask me how I know.

 

Ok, so it doesn't use that white like C shaped led? Or maybe it uses both? Either way love the way those lights look!

Long time teeter inversion table guy myself. Works great if you don't mind hanging upside-down until your spine pops into shape.
Only thing that got me mobile after my back started going bad in 2005. Until then I was almost a cripple.
