I've been trying to get my money back on that lifetime alignment. 3 times now and it's still not right. Shop near me has horrible customer service and I waited 2 hours for an alignment when I had an appointment at opening time.

That's weird, I'll be asking for my money back if so. Would suck though as I use the one right by my office all the time. Wheel works is completely across town and I wasn't impressed when I used them years ago (gave me back my 4runner at the end of the day with a crooked steering wheel).

Not enough to have a build thread.
The All Pros are going to lift you 3" above wherever your truck sat stock (before the sagging leafs). The dakars life 2 1/4" above where you truck sat stock. you're only going to gain lift with these, they're lift springs. They'll bolt up to your factory mounting locations, but they're going to lift you above where your truck sat coming from the factory. I understand what you mean about the prerunner coming lifted from the factory, but it just has the TRD offroad suspension package. These spring are additional lift and travel to the factory ones. So unless you like the "face down ass up" life, you'll need to lift your front as well. I cheeped out and did preload spacers since I had just put in new factory struts. Next ill probably do eibach springs and 5100s (in front). I think @Overlanerd said it earlier, you'll need to do something with your BPV bracket and I think a longer brake line is necessary, especially if wheeling. Toytec said it wasn't necessary, but if I left my brake line stock, it would gave ripped the next time the truck was put on a rack.

I hope this clears up your questions

Feel free to ask more and ill answer as best I can

    Thank you, it was @t.hornstra

You can get the BAMF or Toytec brackets, but I wound up just zip tying mine as high as it would go (max rear braking power). Would only recommend this if you're doing oversized tires though

Oh and an additional afterthought - not sure about the expos, but I would highly recommend the poly shackle bushing if going with Dakars

FOR THE REAR, I believe my part list was as follows:

    Springs
    shocks
    brake line
    shackle bushings
    bpv bracket

    For the front
    Preload spacers
    alignment

then trimming, pinchweld flattening, washer fluid bottle relocation, and 285/75/16s

What constitutes a lifted vehicle? I haven't been lately but the guys at the Oakland firestone have never mentioned a thing during earlier alignments. Maybe under 3" they won't notice?

I have had one lifted taco and two lifted 4runners into the location I used to use. The manager said anything modified from stock and they cant touch it. Policy changed beginning of this year. I wonder if they were losing money to the those with modified vehicles who had lifetime alignment that regularly got alignments.

Well, yeah. I know alot of the guys in SoCal were doing the lifetime alignment when truck was stock then upgrading a boat load of stuff and then coming back like every other week for an alignment. After a couple months of this they started forcing them to get appointments, put notes on their files and they basically could only get one like every other month.
