Yep, heard of an article like this yesterday. Got 3/4 of a tank left should be good until things settle down.

 

My boss actually gave my entire team the option to work from home today in order to save gas.



Not complaining, but this is ridiculous.

This gas run is getting to be ridiculous. I was planning on running out to the davis mtns this weekend and its looking like i might not be going now because i may not be able to get gas to come back. People are definitely making it worse than it really is. The lines around kerrville to get gas are just as bad if the stations arent already out. Everyones filling up gas cans too which is making it worse

Have you heard anything on when its supposed to be back to normal? Im pissed, ive had this trip planned for months and now its not looking good

 

From what I understand is it's the delivery. People making a run and deliveries can't keep up.
Maybe a few days ?

Yeah, I was thinking about getting out of town myself. Not so sure anymore. I don't actually need to go anywhere for a few days so I'm thinking it might be better to conserve the half-tank I have and just chill until this all simmers down.

 

I was planning on getting some work done on barndominium. May make a full day idk.

 

Yeah definitely a couple days after the 3 day weekend. Put into account people will be going out, just as you and I wished, everyone's trying to go somewhere. And now it's ridiculous to the point where 1. I can't drive the gas guzzling truck 2. I can't drive the benz for work and now 3. I have to resort to the corolla just to get from point A to B

 

Yeah I also figure it'll be next week sometime before things finally cool off again. Definitely a bad weekend for people to be running out of gas and running to the pumps though..

 

Sucks cause I work out if my truck and it is my daily driver.. if no gas I'm not making money... this sucks

 

It's a long weekend. Hopefully things will be better by Tuesday
