Has anyone had this issue. I cannot select bluetooth or phone buttons in the setup menu. They are both grayed out . I called Entube support and they have no clue and told me to take the truck in to the dealership. I'm out of warranty and would prefer to go after
Aftermarket if I can't fix this issue myself . But maybe someone here can has had this issue and can Chinese in on a solution.

    Thanks !

I had this problem with my Non-entune system, it turned out it was the phone not the Radio head unit.

I've been fighting bluetooth audio issues since I got the truck. I've been having to routinely re-pair my system at least every other day for bluetooth audio, and every fuckgin time, different menu option do or do not come up on the head unit. I thought I w as going insane, but my why confirmed it. Others have too. The system has a mind of its own and is a steaming POS.

    I did this Tuesday:

Touchscreen is dead, and I am researching aftermarket HUs.

Had the update done last week. Works like a champ now. Mine was locking up and one of our 2 iPhones wouldn't connect.

I prefer the term rape. Entune Plus my ass. The traffic data not only takes forever to load (as in, I've already had to start driving and just rely on my phone/Google maps), but when it is downloaded, it is totally stale. I've driven 70 mph through areas that Entune shows as red.

It creates distraction and road rage.

Could be a good case for class action on this consumer theft.

Wow, 120 for an update!! My entune-JBL also kept turning off or locking up and only way to reset was turn truck off.. I too thought it was the phone. But after ruling that out, went dealer with tail between legs cause I failed. They updated mine for under $60 I think.

    Been good since.

Dealers around you must be rip off artists?

You should contact Toyota and place a compliant . This really is a safety issuse. Say if you needed a Navi and it froze up and you were lost with limited gas . Class ACTION LAW SUIT. No other radio does this .

As much as I despise Entune, this is pretty ludicrous. Anyone who depends on a system like this for their life should be removed from the gene pool. If you don't have enough gas and don't know where you are going, you need to go enlist in the Boy Scouts.

EASY FIX! don't take it to the dealership! you just start up the car you should have a phone with a red line over it in the top corner. tap on that phone and you will see all the devices that have been paired. you need to delete one because you can only have 5 devices linked to it. if your still having problems try to reboot radio. it work for me the dealership just wants your money!
