    Since removing them is way too much work and potentially damaging, I basically covered the entire truck, used painters tape (which needs to be as precise as possible) to prevent the overspray from getting on the truck. I sanded down the flares (ensured it was as comprehensive and consistent as possible), then then painted them. Painters tape removal was a very delicate process, but it came out very nice.

    Yea I wish it was easy. With covering the truck, applying the tape correctly, sanding, painting, letting it dry and removal, it basically took me the whole day.

    Looks good! Need to do the center console, steering wheel controls and a/c surround to match! I think kryptek yeti would have looked sick on a white truck.

    Those look great. I'm occasionally hauling lumber, sticks of furniture hardwood or pipe. Those would do the job nicely.
