I got the pump kit, with the 350 deatchworks pump but only installed the filter temporarily in the engine compartment for now.

Will put in the new pump and plum up everything up neatly later. I will say, that she does idle a bit smoother, but really, it could be the placebo effect

    A thing or two...
Nice. Any specific reason you went with that particular pump over the others they offer? Highest flow? or highest flow E85 rate?

All fuel capable, and a high enough flow for my end game needs in that corn juice world!

EDIT - yes to all things haha

A dyno graph would show a much smoother pull as well! Crazy how one little part can have such a drastic impact. This is why I am so adamant on the forum, about people changing their fuel filters. They tend to scoff and be cynical with, "they were made to last forever," or, "I have three vehicles and never changed them with no problems so it isn't needed," types of responses....

Dude my truck is like new again when I first got boost. That thing was so dirty it's night and day difference. I can feel the whole body of the vehicle moving up and launching when I boost now. Thats insane. So important and overlooked.

I'm wondering if my catalytic converter is bad too from running the leaded fuel and if so would it be better to just take it out or replace it

Today's challenge will be installing the fuel pump from URD. I'll be lifting the side of the bed like boostedka did it plus i'll be putting a new o2 sensor.

Pretty much going to say this is mandatory. The charge pipes get SOOOOOOO hot from the engine bay. Header wrap is like $20 off ebay. Did this today lol considering I've had that header wrap for over 2 years now.

I was concerned about soldering around wet gas and i had to use a heat gun to get the inline filter to fit so my buddy did that as i watched with fire extinguisher. Haha

Make sure your vacuum source to the FPR is good. That psi seems kind of high for idle

That sensor didn't come? That sucks. I wonder if the weather situation in TX held it up. The tracking said Saturday delivery
