A new TX Pro! or TX Baja! or Pro Baja!.... whut?

Morning Fam! My friend is going to buy a 2012 taco tomorrow and it has the tx Baja package, 116k miles bone stock all the bells and whistles (more than my 2014 has...) and they want 23g. Couldn't find that package on any of the blue book sites (kbb, Edmunds, nada). In ya'lls opinion is he getting a good deal? He's driving a piece of shit that he has had sense high school so to him its an extreme upgrade but I want to make sure he ain't paying to much.

I agree. I used my 2012 taco to commute in, but didn't have a choice at the time. Sold it with almost 140k miles for $17k. No TRD package, just 4x4. It's a lot of miles but the price seems fair.

nada was the only site that valued it for private party at 23g, without mentioning the TX Baja kit. I don't even know what entails in that kit..... trd suspension, exhaust, air filter (rather have the whole CAI) and his has the nice full JLB system, first time hearing that....I was in love hahaha

Looks super clean. tires look newish, I see maybe a small dent in the tailgate? Might be able to talk them down a few bucks... they might be willing to deal over Labor Day weekend.

yeah I looked over it! I had an 07 then a 14. lil brother has had a 98, 07 and now in a 09. dad inherited the 07. best friend got a 10 and traded for a 16. work supervisor got a 04 then a 15. I've got a little experience in looking over tacomas

Your buddy got his hands on a great looking truck. Yeah the miles are a little high but it looks like it was really cared for. In the link provided the rear seats were missing the headrest. Did they give them to him?
