I was able to get factory specs on 2.5 with the stock control arms.

A lot of people can and some can't with the 3 inches of lift it's just better to do it and get it over with.

When you lift these trucks you lose the ability to properly correct the alignment and when you add larger tires you want to be at the upper end of the caster setting.

The upper control arms are designed to add the caster you lost after lifting so a COMPETENT alignment tech can fix your alignment. The desired alignment specs for our trucks is:
    3° caster
    0° camber
    0 toe

Post your alignment sheet. You might have been "in the green" which isn't desirable for *most* people. If it drives fine for YOU that's all that matters for YOU.

    Sure
I'd also suggest looking at maxtrac spindles since I believe you said you have a 2wd. The package @HeadStrong Off-Road is right around your budget and they will modify it to fit your needs. With the spindle lift no aftermarket uca's required. It's a 4" lift though.

Good catch didn't even think of that, he gets more lift than our 4x4's.

Ya I do have a 2WD Prerunner. Are the Maxtrack Spindles both front and rear or is this another lift that'd have to be multiple purchases for?

Front only. It lifts the front 4" without fudging the alignment. No need for aftermarket upper control arms with them.

Of what? In the green? Post your sheet.

I know exactly what your alignment looks like. Low caster, high camber. There is no way around it, mechanically.

Even though I have a 2WD what do you think would look and be the best for my truck?

I just decided to go this route myself. Marie was great to work with. Just throwing options out there for the o.p.
